Information we collect
Residential estimate requests. When you submit the estimate request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, project type, and any project details you choose to describe.
Contractor and builder bid requests. When you submit the bid request form, we collect your company name, contact name, phone number, email address, project name, project location, bid due date, and scope description.
Files you upload. Both forms allow you to voluntarily upload files — for example, photos of a property, or plans and drawings for a bid. We only receive what you choose to upload.
Basic technical information. If website analytics are enabled on this site, we may automatically collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, general location (derived from IP address), and which pages were viewed. As of this policy's effective date, this site does not run any analytics or tracking scripts.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not currently set its own cookies or use tracking pixels. If that changes — for example, if we add analytics in the future — we will update this section to describe what is used and, where legally required, provide a way to manage your preferences.

Third-party services embedded on this site
Google Maps. Our Service Areas section embeds a standard Google Maps view so visitors can see the general region we serve. Google Reviews. Client review cards on our homepage are designed to display review content — including a reviewer's name, star rating, review text, and profile photo — retrieved live from Google's Places API at the time the page loads. This data is requested directly from Google each time the page is viewed; it is not downloaded, copied, or stored on our website or servers. Use of this data is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Instagram. Our footer links to our Instagram profile. Visiting Instagram is subject to Meta's own privacy practices, not ours.
Website hosting and form processing
This website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions (both the estimate request and bid request forms) are processed through Netlify's built-in form-handling service, which delivers submitted information to us. Uploaded files are retained on the same basis and are not shared publicly.

We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through this website, including relying on our hosting provider's security practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any information you submit.
